We are Neat Hospitality Group — a boutique property management company founded in Kissimmee, Florida, by hospitality professionals who spent over a decade running high-volume hotel operations in Miami and Central Florida.

After managing everything from luxury resorts to busy family friendly hotels, we saw the same problem repeat itself in the short-term rental market: most properties were being run like side hustles instead of high-performing assets.
